Dholak is a traditional south Asian double headed hand drum. The two heads are pitched approximately a perfect 4th apart. Most often associated with Indian folk music it is also widely played in Jamaica, Suriname, Guyana, and Trinidad and Tobago. This instrument is a smaller junior drum, it is brightly coloured and well made.
