Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 7-days after you receive the goods providing that they have not been opened or used. This period starts the following day after receiving the goods. We will ask you to return the goods in their original condition securely wrapped. You must also pay the postage for returning the goods. You will be refunded the cost of the goods in the same method as the original payment was made. If the goods are not returned after cancellation, they will be collected at your expense. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
All goods are checked by the manufacturer prior to delivery. If you find goods to be faulty, we would ask you to first contact us for advice and then return the goods for inspection at the address supplied. When returning goods please include a note with your name and address along with the reason for return and any requests or comments. Wrap the parcel securely. Please mark the packages as ‘Returns from UCan Play’.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit to the manufacturer. 

If a refund is made, it will be done by the same method you used to pay the original transaction. Any faulty goods will need to be inspected by the manufacturer before we take any action. If you have any queries or questions please contact us.
