UCan Play is part of a UCan.tv, a not-for-profit company registered in England (company number 5386559).

We sell new musical instruments, audio and video technologies from a huge range of brands and manufacturers. All our products are available with an educational discount to staff or students studying or working at schools, colleges or universities across the United Kingdom. As part of the ordering process we may ask for verification of your educational status.

Non-obligatory quotations can be provided for all products. The vast majority of our products are ordered by customers following an individual quotation prepared by our staff.

Registered users of this site can access preferential educational prices for products online. Immediate payment for these products can be done through various channels in the standard way.

Payment for all other items (i.e. those not listed online) is on receipt of goods. There is no requirement to pay until the item has been delivered and you have checked it over and are happy that it is brand new and as described.

Schools and other institutions can be invoiced directly for goods ordered. All we require at the point of ordering is an official purchase order including a purchase order number and delivery address. Following delivery of goods, we would request that payment of official orders are made within 14 days by bank transfer or cheque.

VAT CHARGES

The current applicable rate of 20% VAT is charged on the price of all new goods.

Our VAT number is GB 124 2345 49.

AVAILABILITY

All goods offered are subject to availability and UCan Play reserves the right to withdraw any item without notice. If you order an item that is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you about alternative items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
